slow food: food for thought At Semesters we believe in a slow food approach to bring our clientele locally grown and made foods, to support our Capital Region farmers and producers, and to employ sustainable methods in food production. Where possible we will source seasonal foods from the Capital Region and support members of the Canberra Slow Food Convivium, the various Canberra Farmers Market vendors, and other local suppliers. We’ll also grow our own produce where reasonable for us to do so and continue our tradition of our chefs using our own ‘home grown’ herbs. Location Semesters is located in Building One, Level C, above the Refectory at the University of Canberra. |
